The Eastern Conference is heating up. Who's taking the number one seed?
The Heat, Celtics, Bucks and 76ers all have a shot. Miami and Boston have three games left while Philly and Milwaukee have four.
1st: Miami Heat (51–28)

Games Remaining: Hornets (H), Hawks (H), Magic (A)
Miami now look like they’ve got the first seed. But it’s not over. The Hornets and Hawks both are going for the same thing, the eighth seed. Both want that double chance in the playoffs and will go out for the win. If Trae Young or LaMelo Ball pop off, it will be hard to stop. The Magic should be an easy win for Miami, especially since Orlando are now in a tank-off against Houston.
Prediction: Heat finish 52–30
2nd: Boston Celtics (49–30)

Games Remaining: Bulls (A), Bucks (A), Grizzlies (A)
The Celtics rise after their poor start has been great. But they’ve got a tough fixture, and that’s going to hurt their first seed chances. The Bulls aren’t as scary as they were five months ago, but can definitely still beat Boston, while Milwaukee have that superhuman guy from Greece who is impossible to guard. The Grizzlies have nothing to play for now, they’ve already locked in second, but I still think they could win anyway.
Prediction: Celtics finish 49–33
3rd: Milwaukee Bucks (48–30)

Games Remaining: Bulls (A), Celtics (H), Pistons (A), Cavaliers (A)
Giannis Antetokounmpo is a six time all star. He’s won two MVPS. and was the Finals MVP last year. Yet this is the most dominant he’s ever been. Along with Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton, the Bucks have a great core, and I think their remaining four games are definitely winnable, though all of them (except Detroit) are also capable of winning. I see the Bucks slightly edging past Chicago and Boston, smashing Detroit and then defeating the Cavs in Cleveland to go 4–0 in their last four games.
Prediction: Bucks finish 52–30
4th: Philadelphia 76ers (48–30)

Games Remaining: Pacers (A), Raptors (A), Pacers (H), Pistons (H)
Philly have the easiest run home of the four teams. The Pacers and Pistons are both lousy, so that should lock up three easy wins for the Sixers. The Raptors away is the difficult one for Philly. Ever since the Kawhi game winner, the Raptors have seemed to have Philly’s number, especially in Canada. I’m gonna say Philly loses to Toronto as they finish the season 3–1
Prediction: 76ers finish 51–31
Final Standings: 1: Bucks 2: Heat 3: 76ers 4: Celtics
